Kate is an experienced Carer and has a Pearson BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care (England), and holds a Bachelor of Education Degree and will use her teaching background and knowledge to ensure robust and well delivered induction, team meeting and training modules.

Kate has excellent management and mentoring skills and is committed to a high standard of service, performance and integrity.

Kate manages the day to day operations of the organisation. She is involved in the strategic decision making process to ensure the future growth of the organisation.

Kate ensures that the changing needs and preferences of our Clients are met and the service meets the required Fundamental Standards of Care as per the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

Anita is an experienced Carer with a Level 3 Qualification.

Anita is responsible for managing teams of Carers to ensure compliance with regard to their relevant experience, training needs and personal development in order to provide high quality and person-centred care to all our Clients.

Anita’s natural ability is her caring and respectful nature. She has a strong understanding of accountability to ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures in the safeguarding of vulnerable people.

Leigh has many years management and caring experience and has a Pearson BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (England).

Leigh has supported and cared for Clients suffering with many debilitating illnesses and her natural ability is that she is caring and compassionate, and has a passion for working with vulnerable people. One of her strong attributes is empathy towards her Clients.

Leigh is responsible in ensuring that the organisation maintains a high level of quality care and manages the risks associated with the care of vulnerable people as per the required Fundamental Standards of Care and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
